A shelf worth lingering over, and a few of the people behind it.

Top row: Everyday Oil, made in small batches in Black Mountain, North Carolina, by Emma Allen and her team. One blend of organic, cold-pressed botanical oils that cleanses, moisturizes, and works from face to hair to cuticles.

Just below, LESSE, the organic skincare line founded by former beauty editor Neada Deters. Its guiding idea is right there in the name, pronounced "less": fewer, better steps, treated as ritual rather than routine.

Wonder Valley, at right, is the work of Alison and Jay Carroll, who make their skincare with their own California extra virgin olive oil. They split their time between Joshua Tree and Maine, so we like to think of them as neighbors.

And from BAINA, the Antipodean towel studio of Anna Fahey and Bailey Meredith: GOTS-certified organic cotton, woven in Portugal.

The Post Supply is thrilled to partner with physician Emily Hill on a three-part series on navigating perimenopause and menopause.  100% of women will experience menopause, and each woman will have a different and unique experience, which is why there isn’t a one-size-fits all treatment, but there should be a space for every woman to be heard, have access to the evidence and information, ask questions, get the information and treatment they want and may need, and apply it to their own experience. You shouldn’t have to see multiple providers and wait months to get answers and help.
Know better, feel better.
We are exploring offering this on zoom as well. If that appeals, please email us to let us know which sessions you would want to join! [email protected]

You shouldn't have to see multiple providers and wait months to get answers and help.

The Post Supply is pleased to partner with physician Emily Hill to offer three workshops. Feel free to attend only one or all three. They will be building on each other; however, we are splitting this offering into three sessions to ensure that everyone who would like access to the information is able to join at least one session. Please come with curiosity, specific questions, and / or stories about your own lived experience. Plan to leave with a sense of empowerment over your individual decision making around this phase of life. Know better, feel better.
