We are thrilled to announce the merger of Cru & Domaine with Proof W**e & Spirits, moving forward together as La Bodega. La Bodega will be Oregon’s only curated w**e shop to offer a vast selection of spirits. The goal of this merger is to leverage the unique strengths of both companies—Cru & Domaine’s expertise in fine w**es and Proof W**e & Spirits’ extensive selection of spirits—to create a more diverse and comprehensive product offering. Our goal is to enhance the experience of our customers by providing a one-stop shop for all beverage needs, while also expanding our reach and market presence.
We would also like to share that our Cru & Domaine staff will be transitioning to the new La Bodega location. They are eager to continue providing the same exceptional service and expertise in both our w**e and spirits selections, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. La Bodega plans to host a variety of exciting events, including w**e tastings, spirit sampling sessions, and educational workshops. We aim to engage our community and enhance the appreciation for both w**e and spirits through these interactive experiences.
The merger is officially set to take place on March 1st 2025. We are currently finalizing all the details to ensure a smooth transition. Leading up to the merger, we will keep our customers informed about any changes or updates. We appreciate your patience and support during this exciting time.
In the coming months, we will be introducing new branding and a remodel of the store, along with exclusive promotions and events. We are committed to maintaining the quality and service you expect from us, and we believe this merger will significantly enhance our ability to serve you. Please note that our Cru & Domaine location will close on December 31st. We look forward to welcoming you to La Bodega in the Proof W**e & Spirits space in Slabtown!
