We would like to clarify our No Outside Food or Drink policy.
Outside food may not be brought in or eaten inside our shop. This policy is clearly posted and applies equally to everyone.
In this situation, our staff politely explained the policy, apologized several times, and only asked that the outside food be put away. The customers were still welcome to stay and enjoy the drinks they purchased.
We are disappointed that one incident has resulted in multiple negative reviews across different platforms, but we stand by our staff and our reasonable business policy.
