We’re talking about the biggest lie readers tell themselves — you know, the ones we whisper in the aisles, mutter at our bookshelves, or boldly declare while absolutely knowing we’re lying to our own faces.

So tell me… which one is your truth? 😂

A. “I’m only going to read one chapter.” — said moments before finishing half the book.

B. “I’m just browsing.” — with a basket. And a list. And a coupon.

C. “I don’t need another bookshelf.” — as the TBR pile leans like it’s trying to escape.

D. “I’ll remember where I stopped without a bookmark.” — bold. Brave. Incorrect.

Alright, readers… confess your lie. I promise I’m not judging — mostly because I’ve told every single one of these myself.
