Already took our Beginner Knife Sharpening Class? Take your skills to the next level with the Intermediate Class.

Building on the basics, this more advanced class will show you how to use multiple stones to create a refined and polished edge, as well as diving deeper into the philosophy of how and when to sharpen. We will also cover stropping, as well as whetstone maintenance, and reserve some time to answer your questions. Sign up below!
