Anyways, have you tried our new croffles? If not, you're missing out! Always made fresh to order to ensure crispiness and freshness.
We also want to apologize for not having the Honey Strawberry Croffle the last few days. There seems to be strawberry shortage and none of the stores have them! It'll be back as soon as we could get our hands on some fresh strawberries!

Crispy, flavorful and fresh! All of our croffles are made to order! No premade, predecorated, microwaved croffle will be served at Ume!
Camas location is serving croffles 7 days a week
Portland location is serving only on Mon, Fri, Sat and Sun until the 23rd. After that, we'll be serving them 7 days a week as well.
Stop on by give them a try. Perfect for any meal 😉

This Saturday, 10/25/25, ONLY AT THE CAMAS LOCATION, we’re giving away 50 free Croffles as a public test run in exchange for feedbacks. Starting at 12pm until we run out! We’ll be serving plain croffle with dipping sauce and Honey Strawberry croffle!

Only one per customer, first come first serve. Hope to see a lot of you guys there!
