The 1983 Van Zoeren pipe organ at First Presbyterian in Vancouver, Washington was experiencing problems with the original relay system, causing multiple issues with keying and stop functions. Rose City Organ Builders removed all pipe work from the instrument and stored it on site in crates, then all toeboards were taken to our shop and rewired from the individual direct electric valves. 3rd Christian Reformed Church in Lynden, Washington begins installation of their rebuilt and expanded pipe organ on June 11th, 2018. The original 16 rank Moller organ from 1958 had begun to show signs of its age, a failing relay and leather pneumatics meant it was time for the church to do some work. A final decision was made in November of 2017 to rebuild six ranks of the original organ and integrate it to an Allen G220. [ 75 more words ]

A rebuilt high pressure Kimball Solo Mixture of four ranks is being added to the organ at First United Methodist Church in Portland, OR. Rose City Organ Builders Inc. of Portland rebuilt and modified a three rank Kilgen mixture chest to accommodate the pipework. The chests will be winded, wired, and installed in the near future.

First United Methodist Church rebuilt high pressure Solo Mixture will be added to the largest pipe organ in the Pacific Northwest.
