Happy Birthday, America! If you happen to be in the Portland, OR area, stop by the Historical Society to see the first flag flown in Oregon when Oregon became the 33rd state. Pretty cool!

The Oregon Historical Society has a special flag display for Independence Day. The first flag flown over Portland after Oregon became a state is on display.
