Welcome to Way of Being! 💛

Lindsay and I started Way of Being (formerly Good Intent) in 2019 because we knew we couldn't wait around for other people to solve the problems we cared about and knew that we all have so much power as individual consumers to shape the world through how we spend our dollars, the businesses we support, and the actual waste we create -- or don't! 🗑️

We wanted to make it easier for all the people who care about the environment and income inequality and living in a way that's better for all our bodies to make those simple swaps that really make a difference. ♻️

We offer low waste, nontoxic alternatives to everyday essentials -- everything from personal care products like hair care, skincare, and deodorant to cleaning supplies and home goods like dish soap, laundry detergent, and compost canisters. 🪥

Products that are actually sustainable and nontoxic. Actually really work well. And that you actually love having in your home because they're beautiful and well-designed. 😍

We go out of our way to source as locally as possible and from businesses owned by historically marginalized groups to maximize our impact where it's needed most.✊🏾✊🏻
