Sneak peek! Opening Soon! Starz Designs will be located inside Palette42pdx.
We are excited to be joining a collective of local Indigenous, talented Artists here in Portland, Oregon. "PALETTE at Lloyd" will be located inside of the Lloyd Center Mall on the 2nd floor next to the GAP, close to the ice skating rink.
