Frybread Fest is coming back to Downtown Portland and it’s officially going to be bigger, better, and more delicious than ever! Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 7th, 11am-7pm at Director Park.

This year we’ve extended festival hours and brought together even more performances, local vendors, and incredible food, including local Indigenous favorite (pictured here)! We’re also going to bring in much for fry bread, because y’all go through it FAST! Please bring the whole family downtown for an unforgettable day of culture, community, and fresh frybread.

What an absolute joy it’s been watching all of you explore Portland to find the Wildwood Follow The Crows Art Trail crows and share in the magic of Wildwood over these past few months. Seeing the love, creativity, and community spirit around this trail has meant the world to everyone involved!

Before these 30 incredible sculptures head to auction to raise vital funds for OHSU Doernbecher, we’re bringing the entire flock together in one spot for one last magical weekend. Details:

Wildwood: Follow the Crows Farewell Weekend

(Crows will be leaving their current spots around 3pm on Oct. 30)

Come meet the talented artists, snap your final photos with all 30 crows together, and kick off Halloween with a costume parade at 2pm on Oct. 31! Admission is free and all ages are welcome.

Thank you to everyone who stepped into the trail, supported Doernbecher, and made this journey so unforgettable. Let’s give these crows the ultimate Portland send-off!

Who says the magic has left Downtown Portland? Clearly, they haven’t met our King and Queen of Dark Academia… Meet Jared Bradley and Rebecca Vega, the creative minds behind some of Downtown’s most delightfully dark destinations.

First, they conjured up in 2021. Then, in spring 2025, they cast another spell on Downtown with blackcatfrozencustard and the deliciously mysterious The Conspirator’s Coffee Lounge!

At a time when small businesses are facing real challenges, Jared and Rebecca remind us why Portland is so special. Bold ideas, independent spirits, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work - that’s what makes this city’s magic happen. This spooky season, skip the ordinary. Explore the heart of Portland, discover something unexpected, and show some love to the local businesses that make Portland unlike anywhere else in the world!

💖 LET’S COME TOGETHER FOR DOLLY! Downtown’ers: clock out a touch early on Friday and head straight to Darcelle XV Plaza to honor the queen of country, big hair, and bigger hearts.

To celebrate the first official Dolly Parton Day, we’re gathering together for an evening filled with music, rhinestones, joy and rememberance. Cooper Hays and her band Cooper and Her Daddy Issues take the stage alongside icons Poison Waters, Storm Large, and special guests for an unforgettable lineup and a massive community singalong.

Throw on your favorite rhinestones, channel your inner Dolly, or just come as you are to celebrate a legacy of pure kindness, humor, literature and music right in the heart of downtown! 💖

Paws what you’re doing right now! The ulti-mutt fashion event of the summer is landing downtown tomorrow at darcellexvplaza…

Celebrate with a free dog fashion show, local bites a grass-and-fire-hydrant photo booth and so much more. Bring your pup dressed in their best outfit to strut the plaza, check out the fenced off-leash dog run and shop local vendors where 10% of sales benefit One Tail at a Time PDX (OTAT PDX).
