Delivered this Myrtle wood and spruce violin in late May. Worked on this instrument almost five years.
There is a lot I had to learn about to make this violin.
Made almost every part at least twice to get it right; more or less
Finish is French polished shellac.
All of the Myrtle wood is from the same tree.

This is my latest guitar a twelve fret OO size steel string in spruce and mahogany.First one to try it out snapped it up. I’m not thrilled because I didn’t have enough time to play it myself. Will need to get it back to make some final adjustments
