I want to thank all my customers for coming out today and wishing me well. It was so nice to see everyone and to be back at work. I will be at 100 % soon. Thank you for all the flowers and cards. You guys ROCK! 💕🤟

I don't think I am going to be able to open the bookstore tomorrow like I had planned. This lung surgery has definitely been a lot rougher than what I anticipated. I'm not sure exactly when I'll be able to open the store, but my next goal is June 20th. I think 10 more days at home will hopefully be enough to get me back on my feet. I thank you for understanding and being very patient with me. I hope to see everybody June 20th

I am home from the hospital Thank you so much for all the well wishes and prayers. Now the recovery begins they say two weeks four weeks I'm gonna Try to heal as fast as I can Again I appreciate everybody so much Thank you all

Update: I am out of the ICU and in a room. I’m doing as well as can be expected and I’m very blessed and thankful that they were able to do such a good job. They had to do the surgery different than what they wanted to because my lungs were refused together, but all is good as soon as they let me out of here I’ll go home and rest for a week and then I’ll have the store back opened. I thank everybody for their patience.  pretty sure they got all the cancer. They took about 3/4 of my lung. I want to let everyone know I am going on a medical vacation. I am having lung surgery. I will be in the hospital for about 5 days and home for about 5 days. The store will be closed from May 29th until June 10th. If you're in need of a book, please come in this week. If I am able to return sooner, I will. Sorry for any inconvenience. Jeannie
