Three years without you, Granddad… and we still feel you in every corner of this pawnshop.

The shop still smells the same when we unlock the door in the mornings. The bell still rings when customers walk in. Your stories still echo off those walls. You didn’t just have customers — you had people. People you knew by name, by story, by struggle. You loved them. You listened to them. You helped them when you could and believed in them when others didn’t. That shop was never just about business to you — it was about community, loyalty, and treating everyone who walked through those doors like they mattered.

Mom and I are still holding onto what you built. The pawnshop is still standing strong, just like you always were. Some days it feels heavy, but it’s a weight we’re proud to hold. Because it’s not just a business — it’s your legacy. And every time that bell rings above the door, it feels like a reminder of the legacy you wanted to carry on for mom, my kids & I.

Today and everyday there are still small things, that throw the grief our way. The last three years have been the toughest without you, a roller coaster. Granddad, what I would do for Heaven to have visiting hours.

Today we remember not just a business owner, but the greatest man there ever was — steady, generous, hardworking, and full of heart.

We miss you every single day, Granddad. We hope we’re making you proud. We love you to Heaven and Back, always.

Update — we will be closed tomorrow, Saturday. Everyone be safe!!

Due to the incoming weather there is a good possibility we will have to close early tomorrow, more then likely we will be closed Saturday & possibly Monday as well. We will keep you updated on this page as we get more information & as the weather moves in.

Another year in the books, and our hearts are full. We are so thankful for every customer who chose us, supported us, and helped our businesses grow. Your loyalty means more than you know.
