‼️ Unpopular opinion:

The weight was never the biggest thing holding you back.

The way you speak to yourself is.

Read that again.

Because no matter what size you become, if you still believe you’re unworthy… you’ll keep moving the finish line.

“I’ll be happy when…”
“I’ll wear the bikini when…”
“I’ll take the picture when…”
“I’ll finally love myself when…”

When?

Because life doesn’t wait until you lose 20 pounds.

Your kids won’t remember what size jeans you wore.
Your friends won’t remember the number on the scale.
But you will remember every memory you skipped because you thought your body wasn’t good enough.

That’s the real tragedy.

Take care of your body.
Nourish it.
Move it.
Celebrate it.

But stop punishing the very thing that’s carried you through every heartbreak, every battle, every victory, and every single day you’ve survived.

Your body isn’t asking you to be perfect.

It’s asking you to stop being cruel.
