PSA: Your bearings deserve a bath once in a while too. 😅

Between derby practices, trail skates, rink dust, sweat, and the occasional puddle, your bearings go through a lot! A little maintenance can help them roll smoother, perform better, and even last longer!

A good routine is simple:
🧼 Clean them (90%+ isopropyl alcohol or a dedicated bearing cleaner works great—skip the soap and water! 😉).
💨 Let them dry completely.
🛢️ Add fresh bearing l**e.
🛼 Roll happy.

Take care of your gear, and it'll take care of you.🤘

🖤 Rage Parade Skate Shop will be closed June 5th & 6th while we're vending at the Battle of the B's Tournament hosted by Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Roller Derby! 🛼

If you're at the tournament, be sure to stop by and say hi!
