One thing we dont deal with here at the bicycle shop is unruly people demanding free labor. What a start to the day today… pretty awful considering no grievances were expressed via text message before our meeting this morning…i try and be the most kind business owner and i always try to be the most affordable. It appears that this disappointed and disgruntled customer is hell bent on leaving a bad review. Whatever review he leaves, I will respond with the exact timeline of events because I did everything in my power to help. Apparently my kindness has been seen as weakness yet again. Not only in this business, but also in the Wine business i just left (The amount of anger in this world is unparalleled and truly unbridled and it’s sad when this happens at your favorite most happy soothing place ( the vintage bicycle shop )
If you’ve ever got a bicycle and wanna leave a great review ( or a bad review lol ) to even out what might be coming from this unfortunate Customer, that would be lovely because even though I won’t make million dollars doing this here in the Hudson Valley, I love what I do and I love to help the community.

Maybe go on a bicycle ride and clear your head, make the anger and disappointment subside, I know that’s what I’m gonna do today.
