I love clear quartz, and it has been a part of my own manifestation practice for many years.
Quartz is the stone I work with when I want to focus my intentions and call something into my life. Quartz has a unique ability to hold the frequency of an intention we consciously place within it, becoming a beautiful reminder and energetic focus for what we are choosing to create. When I program my quartz point, I am giving my intention a clear direction, focusing my energy on the dreams, desires, and possibilities I want to invite into my life. I think of it as sending that frequency out into the universe, opening myself to connect with like vibrations and the opportunities that may bring my intentions into being.
Clear quartz is treasured as a stone of clarity, amplification, and intention. Its transparency feels like an invitation to get quiet, listen deeply, and become clear about what our hearts are truly asking for.

It is also about becoming clear, aligning our energy, recognizing possibilities, and taking the steps that move our dreams toward reality.
