Every Monday is Fudge Monday at the Poulsbo Candy Shoppe. We make our fudge fresh each week, with 26 delicious flavors to choose from. We brought out the TORCH today!

Our Toasted Marshmallow S’mores Fudge and Crème Brûlée Fudge both got a little taste of the flame today—and ohhhh, are they good.

Toasted Marshmallow S’mores — chocolate fudge, graham cracker goodness, marshmallow cream, and a perfectly toasted top.

Crème Brûlée — rich, creamy fudge finished with that deliciously caramelized, torched topping.
