When you're at a thrift store or flea market, take a few minutes to browse the books, especially biographies and autobiographies.

Most people skip right past them.

I found this signed Jeff Dunham book for just $2 because someone didn't take the time to open the cover and look.

Today's What's It Worth Wednesday features a card I honestly forgot I owned.

This Acuña rookie box topper has been sitting on a shelf in my man cave for years.

When I looked closer, I remembered the back features coverage of Ohtani's first pitching win, giving collectors another reason to chase it.

After checking recent sales, the value surprised me.

Just goes to show you never know what treasures are hiding in your own collection.

This Harmon Killebrew signed baseball was the very piece of signed memorabilia in my collection.

I got it signed at a card show in Montgomery, Alabama when I was young, and I've been collecting ever since.

After more than 40 years of collecting and over 1,000 autographs, this baseball is still one of my most meaningful pieces.
