We have some huge exciting news! With some recent Alabama policy updates, Dadeville Public Library will soon be offering kiddos their very own cards. To celebrate that, we will be holding a contest through the month of August for our young patrons to submit their own designs to be featured on this new card.
Here is how it’ll work:
- To submit a design you must be the age of 17 or under. These cards will be for our children and young adults, so we want to make sure they are the ones who have the opportunity. While parents can help, we want to make sure these designs are by the younger patrons
- No AI. We want to see our patrons direct creativity.
- You can submit all designs to Director Brooke at [email protected].
We will be accepting designs from August 1st-24th
The winner of this contest will be selected by the librarians, board members, and others volunteers. When selected, that patron’s design will be featured on our new child cards starting in September with a spotlight in the library socials and other media avenues.
