Do you love helping people, staying busy, and creating a warm, welcoming shopping experience? The Old Farmstead Mercantile is looking for a dependable and friendly Part-Time Sales Associate to join our boutique family!

This position could be a wonderful fit for a retiree looking to get out of the house and meet new people, a high school or college student seeking part-time work, or anyone who enjoys retail and customer service.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Friendly and confident with customers
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to follow directions and complete tasks independently
• Comfortable running a register, straightening merchandise, cleaning, restocking, and helping customers
• Willing to learn about our products and represent our boutique with professionalism and kindness

Schedule:
Availability is needed primarily on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, with an occasional Saturday. Typical shifts will fall between approximately 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. Hours may vary depending on the store’s needs.

This is not just a place to clock in—it’s a place to connect with customers, help them find something special, and become part of a fun, family-owned boutique that believes shopping should be an experience!
