I’ve dragged me feet for YEARS on my website. I hardly ever add things to it, and have focused on in person sales and shops. But I’ve cut back on vending this year, so finally pushed through and got a few pairs of earrings listed online. Whew. My website isn’t great, but it’s there and I will keep trying to add to it. Baby steps, right?

I’m back!! I took a break for several months, because I was a little busy… between my full time job, and building a cordwood house, I put most of my passions on hold.

But I got some glass motivation, and have loved being back in my studio (even just for an hour here and there). I’m really digging earrings in monochrome color schemes.

I plan to work on my website, and try to post on here more often - not promising it’ll be a lot, because it’s not something I’m good at. But I do promise to try!

I have a few more earrings I want to make, but I’m also itching to get back to birds, plants and mushrooms.

The day before a show, I inevitably have to make “just one more thing.” The deadline always inspires me - this time, my final creation was an orchid praying mantis.

The idea for the set came when my daughter saw my latest batch of regular praying mantises, and said “you should make those in pink!”

So I did! These will be available tomorrow at the at the Morgantown Market Place from 4-9 pm!
