Priceville Community Thrift Store a (Ministry of Shoal Creek Baptist Church) continues to give back to our community.

Thanks to our customers and volunteers, we were able give a donation to Hands Across Decatur for the month of September.

Sue Terrell, director, is determined to provide our homeless community with the basic necessities of life and to help them know they are loved, important and that they matter!!! We, at our store, share her sentiments.

Sue gratefully received our check to this great organization.

Thanks to Sue’s leadership and all the volunteers for providing a much needed service for our special homeless community.

Priceville Community Thrift Store a (Ministry of Shoal Creek Baptist Church) continues to give back to our community.

Thanks to our customers and volunteers, we were able give a donation to Alabama Baptist Children’s Home and Family Ministries for the month of August and September.

Alabama Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministry is a Christian organization that exists to protect, nurture, and restore children and families through Christ-centered services.

Susan Ondrusek staff member of the the organization, accepted the check from our store’s board members and volunteers.

Priceville Community Thrift Store a (Ministry of Shoal Creek Baptist Church) continues to give back to our community.

Thanks to our customers and volunteers, we were able give a donation to the SALVATION ARMY for the month of September.

The Salvation Army organization is a non-profit organization that exists to provide clothing and furniture to those in need and after a disaster. Any profit is funneled to their food pantry, transitional living, camps for kids and Seniors, also, disaster services and other programs.

Tina, staff leader of the Salvation Army Organization accepted the check for the organization.

We also donate our "Recycle Clothing" to their organization, which they pick up weekly.

Priceville Community Thrift Store, a ministry of Shoal Creek Baptist Church, supports “Feeding Families” ministry.

Edee Grun and her volunteers that have such a heart for other people to try to ensure they have food, household items, and hygiene items.

If you need a local location to drop off food for this great organization, we have 2 large tubs at the entrance for Feeding Families.

Sandra Harmon, faithful volunteer for Feeding Families, picked up the food our neighbors and customers donated to them.

Thank you to our customers and people who donate to our store. Our store sales go back into our local community to help others.

Thank you folks who consistently bring in food donations for this organization.

PRICEVILLE COMMUNITY THRIFT STORE, A MINISTRY OF SHOAL CREEK BAPTIST CHURCH, OUR MISSION IS TO HELP OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY WITH 100% OF OUR PROFITS!

NEIGHBORHOOD CHRISTIAN CENTER (NCC) HAS A PRISON/JAIL MINISTRY, AMONG SO MANY OTHER PROJECTS TO HELP PEOPLE. PRAISE GOD.

THEY SEEK TO MEET THE NEEDS OF FOLKS IN OUR COMMUNITY. THEY TARGET FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE CAUGHT UP IN THE CYCLE OF POVERTY; WALKING ALONG SIDE THEM TO HELP PROVIDE AVENUES TO BREAK THIS CYCLE THROUGH EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE (FOOD/CLOTHING/FINANCIAL HELP), PROGRAMS AND EDUCATION (FINANCIAL, RELTIONSHIP COUNSELING, JOBS TRAINING, YOUTH PROGRAMS, ETC.), AND THROUGH BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE COMMUNITY THEY SERVE.

PRICEVILLE COMMUNITY THRIFT STORE (A PROUD MINISTRY OF SHOAL CREEK CHURCH) IS COMMITTED TO SUPPORT FAITH BASED MINISTRIES IN OUR COMMUNITY WITH OUR PROFITS. WE HAVE A NEW ORGANIZATION WE ARE COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING.

WE MADE A DONATION TO OUTREACH MINISTRIES OF ALABAMA IN LACEYS SPRING FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER.

OMA IS A CHRISTIAN REHABILITATION & DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM FOR MEN WITH LIFE CONTROLLING ADDICTIONS. THEY HAVE A 1 YEAR PROGRAM FOCUSED ON ISOLATING MEN FROM THEIR ADDICTIONS & BAD ENVIRONMENTS.

THE GOAL IS TO TEACH THEM TO LIVE A CHRISTIAN LIFE FREE OF ADDICTION, & THEN REJOIN SOCIETY PREPARED FOR LIFE.

KEN POUNDERS, DIRECTOR OF THIS GREAT ORGANIZATION, CAME BY THE STORE TO RECEIVE OUR DONATION.

SO THANKFUL TO ALL THE STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS GREAT PROGRAM.

Priceville Community Thrift Store a (Ministry of Shoal Creek Baptist Church) continues to give back to our community.

Thanks to our folks that donate clothing and shoes, we were able to donate some clothing to a few new Life Source residents.

Patricia, Mandy, Cassie, Melissa, Fitore, and Katlin are new residents of Life Source. They were brought to the store to shop for items they needed. They were able to find some clothing, shoes, and other necessities. It was such a pleasure to encourage them on their journey.

These beautiful young women were so appreciative. We enjoyed meeting them and encouraging them on their journey. These beautiful women are determined to make it and have a new life.

Please pray for these youngins, that they will succeed and be able to create a new life story.

LIFE SOURCE helps our loved ones begin a new life after addiction. This is a Christian Based Recovery Program!!

Thanks to all on staff and the men and women participating in these great programs!!!
