π’ SHOW WEEK UPDATE β PLEASE READ!
The Collectors Carnival Antique & Flea Market is almost here! We're looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend, and we'd like to share a few important details that will help us get thousands of shoppers into the fairgrounds as quickly and smoothly as possible.
π΅ Have Your Admission Ready
To help keep traffic moving, please have your admission money ready before you reach the entrance gate. Our admission prices are posted on our website, so you can plan ahead and there is a screenshot below in the comments as well..Having your payment ready (exact change is appreciated!) will help us move everyone through the gate much faster.
βΏ Handicap Parking Information
One of the questions we get asked the most is about handicap parking.
Please remember that parking is handled by a local organization as a fundraiser, not by Collectors Carnival. Since this is a 40-acre fairgrounds, vehicles are parked in the order they arrive to keep traffic flowing. 98% of our parking areas between 7am-11am are not marked Handicap. If you do need one of them, be in line at 7am
Please be prepared to park where the parking attendants direct you.
If you absolutely need to park close to the buildings, we recommend arriving between 12:00 noon and 4:00 PM, when traffic has slowed considerably. During those hours, you'll generally have a much easier time parking wherever you'd like. The parking crew leaves at noon and you're free to park wherever you'd like after they are gone.
β° We Are on CENTRAL TIME
Please don't forget that Princeton is on Central Time.
If you arrive before 7:00 AM Saturday, we'll direct you into a holding line and ask that you remain in your vehicle until we begin admitting shoppers.
We've promised our vendors they will have time to get in and get to their booths and prepare before shoppers are admitted at 7:00 AM, so we appreciate your patience if you arrive early. Thank you for being so eager to shop!
π New Exit Route This Year
To help reduce congestion at the front entrance, we're adding a second exit gate during the busy morning hours.
As you're leaving, simply follow the EXIT signs to the west side of the fairgrounds near the Pavilion.
Using this new exit only gate will help keep traffic moving and allow new shoppers to enter the fairgrounds more quickly at the white tent.
