It’s FINALLY here…TODAY…Spider Fest!🕷️
We are SO excited — not just for ourselves, but for YOU guys!

Y’all — this show is going to be WILD, in the best way. 👌🏻Preparing yesterday, we couldn’t help but to think back to year one (this is year 3…I think?). A few years ago, we were chatting with Richard about how cool it would be to have an invert-focused show, one where the vendors aren’t just ‘vendors’, they’re educated breeders who genuinely care for their animals. The first year, maybe 60 people showed up, but it was the BEST DAY. Each year the show has grown bigger and BETTER and this year, Richard has pulled many hours to make it EVEN BETTER!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Tarantulas, true spiders, centipedes, mantids, scorpions, jumping spiders, mygalomorphs, millipedes, roaches, isopods, beetles, stick/leaf insects, and MORE!

What I’m basically trying to say is you do NOT want to miss this show — not in a gimmicky “you can’t miss this!” Kind of way, but a genuine call to all folks who love any and all kind of insects and ‘bug’ in some way, you are going to LOVE this show!👌🏻

We can’t WAIT to see everyone today! And we can’t wait to see what’s in the future of Spider Fest!

🩷🕷️SPIDER FEST is almost here!🕷️🩷
We’re gearing up for the big day, September 13th, Spider Fest 2026! Here’s a little rundown of all the things that WE will be bringin’ to the party!👌🏻

🕷️TARANTULAS - and lots of em! We’ll have a selection of over 130 different species of captive bred tarantulas AND a variety of true spiders, mygalomorphs, scorpions, centipedes, and roaches!

🔲 ENCLOSURES - we’ll have a great selection of SpiderHaus and Tarantula Cribs enclosures — available in many different sizes and styles!

🪛SUPPLIES - tongs, flashlights, water dishes, syringes, a selection of Arachnidirt substrate by Tarantula Cribs, we’ve got it all! We’re also debuting a NEW tool that we’re pretty sure you’re gonna LOVE!👌🏻

It’s gonna be a GREAT day full of soooo many leggy dudes of ALL kinds — it’s definitely worth the trip! Check the link for more event details!

🕷️Spider Fest 2026 is SUNDAY🎉👏🏻
The last couple years of the event have been AWESOME, and getting better and BIGGER every year! This isn’t your every day ‘exotic show’, this is a collection of breeders and vendors that take pride in caring for their animals and want to share that love of keeping them with others!

It’s a wild day full of all things invertebrates — tarantulas, spiders, centipedes, scorpions, isopods, mantises, roaches, and much more. Get to see some super cool invertebrates up-close, add some new additions to your growing collection, all while getting to mingle with a load of like-minded folks!

We will be set up with a HUGE selection of captive-bred tarantulas — spiderlings, juveniles, adults, males, females, and everything in between. We’ll also have a great selection of enclosures and supplies!

Come out and see us at The Tarantula Collective in Wheeling, WV next Sunday, September 13th!
