Did a floor this week. 8 different species of wood and 6 different sizes. Homeowners left it to us to make it look good. They entrusted us with creativity on the lay out, finish type and sheen. We coated it with Amber seal to make all the exotic woods stand out. Then we top coated with a couple coats traffic HD extra matte for durability. It turned out beautifully. I really enjoyed doing this floor and seeing it come together. Most importantly the homeowners loved it.
