We were never meant to live in chaos and out of His order, yet our lives are consumed in it.

Even in the cold, I open the windows for 10 minutes and let fresh air fill the room.

In places like Sweden, it’s a daily rhythm. Airing out the home, letting in light, resetting the atmosphere. And there’s something holy about it too.

Breathing deep.
Worship playing.
Remembering that God is the giver of breath and peace.

Sometimes caring for your mental health looks simple opening the windows, trusting God, and letting your soul exhale. ✨

This year was good because He is good.
It held hard moments, sadness, healing, growing forward, & lots of joy.
Obedience. Faith. Questions.
It held it all, doesn’t it always?

The constant? His faithfulness through it all. 🤍
Remember, His love for you is deep. He sees you in all of it. His presence is there, sometimes we just need to look for it in the ordinary things. 🫶🏻
