To our wonderful community of readers,

To ensure we continue to provide exceptional service that you have come to expect when you walk through our doors, Oliver Books is updating our weekly hours.

We had a trial run of opening on Monday’s for the past two weeks. We will have to stop serving you on Monday’s as we are currently taking the time to carefully grow and train our team so we can return to this new schedule soon.

In the meantime, our online shop remains open 24/7 at www.bookshop.org/shop/oliverbooks and we look forward to talking books with you Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm!

Thank you so much for your understanding, your patience, and your continued love for indie bookstores.

- Hannah

We offer a curated selection of new and used books, from bestsellers to hidden gems, providing literary treasure for every reader at affordable prices

When books are restricted or removed, we lose more than just pages. We lose empathy, shared history, and the freedom to think for ourselves. 🛑 Banned Books Week is a reminder that open access to information is a cornerstone of a healthy community.
Check out our banned book wall at Oliver Books and purchase a Banned book to show support!

Calling All Romance Readers! 🩷 📚

We need your help clearing out some space from our Used Romance section! We have gotten an influx of Contemporary Romance novels and we would love to make some room for more.

We look forward to seeing you at Oliver Books!

It's October: do you know what that means? Witches, Ghouls and Slashers are on my TBR. My mother, who is a thriller fan, suggested that I read She's Not Sorry by Mary Kubica. I am not a thriller reader, so we will see if she makes me into one. What thriller books are you reading? I would love to know. - Edwin
