This group is for anyone living in the tri-state region (Kentucky-Ohio-West Virginia) interested in buying, selling or trading. All members must abide by the following rules or they will be deleted by the site admin
1. If you post an item to buy-sell-trade, the first perso
n to comment has first dibs, (this doesn't mean a merely posting a comment), but a mention of payment, purchase or offer. Please don't expect someone to wait a week for you to complete the deal. If a deal cannot be made, then move on to next person in line, so on and so forth. No one should wait any longer than 2 or 3 hours for someone complete the deal; unless extenuating circumstances arise and special arrangements can be mutually agreed upon. It's your responsibility to make every effort to contact that individual to honor the deal. All deals should be made through comments posted within this group page.
2. If the deal is struck, both the buyer and seller must agree on a meeting public meeting location and time; if either party is a no show, that individual will be deleted from the group. Those living outside reasonable travel delivery or face-to-face meeting areas, shipping arrangements should be agreed upon before the sale is complete.
3. If it's not your intention to complete a buy, sell or trade posting... Don't post in the first place!
4. Everyone be on your best behavior... Honor your agreements! Be respectful in your response to all postings, prices, offers. If you have a similar item to post, please don't reference another post indicating that you're offering that item for less than or cheaper. Also do not comment indicating that you have that same item for less; or that you can offer a better deal.
5. All buyers, sellers and traders must have a profile picture before joining the group.
6. Members who have more than one item for sale must create a photo album. Instructions are located at the top of the page, under the title of the group. It is recommended that you personalize your photo album, for quick reference. If not, the album will be titled the date you created it.
7. After creating an album please do not bump each item individually. If you must, bump the entire album.
8. Please list all available information about your item, especially the price.
9. If You post an item with make an offer it WILL be DELETED!!
10. If you're looking for bids, please go to eBay!
11. Please do not bump your post every 10 minutes, Limit bumping to 3-4 times a day. Abusing the system will result in deletion!
12. If your item sells, please delete it from the group page or post SOLD on the item and an Admin will delete it for you.
13. NO VULGAR, OR OBSCENE LANGUAGE WILL BE PERMITTED.
14. Posting on this group page will be your indication that you agree to the rules.
