Blown Baffle?
Is your bounce house suddenly developing a giant bubble? Is it looking out of shape?
When the bouncing area in a bounce house starts to form a bubble or looks misshaped, that’s called a blown baffle. Blown baffles happen when the internal walls separate. Those internal walls are what give the inflatable its shape and keep the air evenly distributed inside.

Don’t wait, once you see your inflatable forming a bubble, it’s not going to get better on its own. The bubble will continue to grow and put extra stress on the neighboring wall, which can cause that one to separate too, which will cost more $$$ to repair

We reinforced two damaged corners, replaced a worn‑out zipper, and re‑stitched the banner so it’s ready for their next event. Mesh Patch:
Patching a mesh isn’t the same as patching a vinyl rip. A mesh patch needs to be sewn in, whereas vinyl can be patched using adhesive. It’s a much more affordable option than replacing the entire mesh panel, and it will still pass state inspection.
