💲FOR SALE
It was just a matter of time, folks. I know a lot of you will be disappointed to hear this, but it's time for me to sell my beautiful e-bike cart.
The reality is that this cart was not intended for selling high volumes of pastry. While it was an absolute joy to ride and a great way to get the word out in the early days... It has been sitting in the back of my bakery for about a year now begging for a new owner.
I retired the cart at the beginning of COVID, because I felt I needed more safe distance between myself and customers. Additionally, that decision was made at a time where Butterbang's popularity was increasing significantly. I found that operating off of the cart was severely limiting my sales capabilities in any given day, as I could bake and sell 10 times the volume from my bakery door.

It's definitely a head turner, and I credit my early success to it. I could also see this being a great complement to a brick and mortar shop that wants to add an outdoor sales component that catches attention in front of their shop.

Overall, this rig has been really well engineered.
Also selling a open bed 5x8 trailer that can be used to transport the cart for longer distances.
