Just a few weeks away till we celebrate our 20th birthday! When I first opened in Queen of Hearts in 2006 I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. This business is purely built on love, lots of mistakes, ups and downs, learning how to survive, the best staff and sometimes the worst (sorry you know who you are). I had zero training, I graduated from a community college with an associate degree in liberal arts. And now I’m a total spreadsheet nerd, I love analytics and I also love the creativity being a business owners brings. You never clock out. But I truly love Queen of Hearts, I love the people I get to work alongside, I love the customers, I love what we offer and I really love my neighbors. I also have the best landlord with the best team, they have become Queen of Hearts family. So much love! ❤️
