We are excited to share with you our FEBRUARY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!

Meet Ali 💕

Ali is a very hard worker and consistent in her efforts. She is always willing to take shifts and help out those around her. She doesn’t complain, and keeps a positive attitude.

What Ali loves most about working at RMCF is the people.
She started working for us back in April of 2022.
She wants to be a cosmetologist one day.
Ali enjoys reading and weight lifting.
Ali shared what true leadership means. She expresses that as a leader you listen to other people and make a decision to help the group.
