HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
On this date, May 1st, in 2012, we went public with The Bull Riding Hall of Fame for the first time and The BRHOF was founded.
3 years later, in May of 2015, the inaugural Induction Ceremonies & Reunion was held, what an unforgettable day that was!
Today, here we are celebrating the 11th Birthday of The BRHOF. What a phenomenal and exciting ride it's been!
There are so many incredible people to thank for the growth and success we've experienced in these 11 years, God Bless you all.
We also want to send out a TEXAS SIZED THANK YOU to everyone who will be at the 9th annual and SOLD OUT Induction Ceremonies & Reunion coming up on Saturday, May 20th, in the legendary Fort Worth Stockyards!

Couple of things to remember about social media from one with a multi-million reach (me).

1. If you have to take a test and then “post it to your timeline to see the results”, what you’re doing is giving them access to post on your behalf. That means they see everything you do and they sell the results to marketing companies. Stop finding out what kind of cookie dough you’d be if you were a woodpecker.

2. If you watch a video that asks you to see if you notice what’s wrong, a lot of the time it’s about “watch time” for their video metrics. There’s nothing there. They want you to watch it a hundred times because that makes it viral. There’s nothing there.

3. If you disagree with a post, don’t comment or share. You are literally making that post more than it is. You’re not helping anyone by “setting them straight”, you’re giving it legitimacy. They don’t care about being right, they care about your interaction. Quit playing by their rules.

4. In the 14 years I’ve been on social media professionally, I have never been hacked or cloned. The main reason is I never click any anything, and I mean anything, that I am not as absolutely certain as a man can be about what it is. I don’t take stupid personaly tests or try to find out if my spirit animal is a wombat or a platypus. Post pictures of your cats and interact with your friends. Don’t accept friend requests from anyone that you don’t know and I don’t care if Condaleeza Rice is a mutual friend. She’s not.

5. Block with extreme prejudice. Remember, what you post on your wall is yours. Don’t let people steal your joy and whatever you do, don’t try to steal someone else’s.
