Cait and I had an idea yesterday. Let’s repot this giant Thai constellation monstera at the shop!
If you’ve been to the shop you’ve seen her. You really can’t miss her. Big leaves,starry variegation, aerial roots probably grazing your arm while you walk by… yeah. She got a little bit out of control these last couple of years. Yep, YEARS!
I am a firm believer in the fact that you do not need to repot your plants as often as you think! Especially monsteras. They love being root bound. This girl was still giving off new growth but now that the dormancy season is right around the corner, it’s a perfect time to start thinking about repotting some of your bigger plant friends! **But(!!!) this is only as long as the soil has been regularly watered and FERTILIZED!!
