Two years ago we shared this dream publicly with the world on Facebook for the first time. Our Instagram was one post. It was terrifying. We didn't have a website yet. It was all in the starting phases. I had no idea what was going to happen. Our mockups continued to change and evolve as we grew and built our business…

Now here we are. Our summer is full of events out in the community. We've connected with so many readers in person and online. We've been able to share stories from independent authors and make sure people see themselves in the books we carry. And we're just getting started. Thank you for supporting us.

Get ready to see some new changes over the summer. New products creeping in. New designs and colors. And maybe a new box…or two…by 2027. We're so happy to have you on this reading adventure with us 🥰📚❤️

Happy Pride Month! ❤️

From the very beginning of Blind Bookery, one of our goals has been to make sure everyone could see themselves in the stories we share. That means intentionally including books by and about people from all walks of life, especially voices from the LGBTQIA+ community.

When we started pulling books for this photo, we quickly realized something: it was harder than expected to find them on our shelves. Not because we don’t carry them, but because so many are already wrapped up and ready to find new readers at our upcoming June events.

We believe LGBTQIA+ stories deserve to be celebrated, supported, and read not just this month, but all year long. As allies and a safe, welcoming space for all readers, we’re proud to help connect these stories with our community.
