I apologize for anyone who has called the store and either went straight to voicemail or has been asked for a pin. I didn't realize there was an issue for a week or so. I cannot call out and am not getting incoming calls. We are open and operating and Frontier is supposed to be finding the problem but it's been days and haven't heard anything. Calls are supposed to be forwarded to my cell but I'm not sure it that's working either.

I'm as frustrated as anyone. Please hang in there and I will post updates on when out phone issue has been corrected.
