Recovering from hip replacement surgery has been a burden. Undissolved sutures under the skin are causing inflammation and irritation of the nerve endings. Pain is pretty much a full time experience.
Add to that the crash Thursday afternoon where Linda lost control of her truck and we wound up rolling six times ( according to a witness and the marks at the crash site) about eighty feet into the desert.
The Good Lord is with us. I have a broken collar bone and bruised ribs. Linda has a lot of bruises and pain. Considering the condition of the truck; we came out much better than expected. We crawled out the front windshield and both of us walked away from the wreck.
The biggest downside; the accident happened three days after the store was reopened.

I thought it was time to get the store re-opened, little did I know that a trip to Parker would result in a tire blowout on Rt 95 would result in an accident that included the truck flipping side over side six times.
Now I'm not only recovering from hip surgery, I have a broken collar bone, staples in my head and multiple lacerations and bruises all down my right side.
I still have plans to open up, they are just going to be a little bit different than expected.
