Painted Sky Customers & Affiliates,
Shipping updates: as long as all items are in stock and no additional manufacturing is required, orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Our shipping policy has been in place since the launch of our website and remains unchanged. Today marks Day 9 since our recent event, we have shipped over 80 orders since the 20th with 34 of them being from the event. We are currently working through orders placed on the 20th. Due to the increase in orders, we have brought on additional team members to help us continue fulfilling orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Many customers are still receiving their orders sooner than the estimated timeframe, and as we continue to grow, our goal remains to return to our standard 48-hour processing time while always honoring the shipping policy listed on our website. If anybody has any questions or need assistance, please do all communication through email as other forms may not get answered in a timely manner. Allow extra time for emails to be answered as fulfilling orders, and shipping is my priority. At this time their may be a longer answering response time, we appreciate your patience.
