My 6 year old daughter is the inspiration behind Blissfully Made Dancewear and continues to inspire the designs, as well as, hand picking some of the fabric choices herself. After months of fighting with her to get ready for dance, she finally exclaimed that she just didn’t like her leotards, they were itchy and uncomfortable. So I set out to make her a few myself, with my primary goal being comfort. Turns out, making leotards is a lot of fun!! I love everything from choosing the perfect fabrics, to sewing each one myself and my favorite part, seeing how excited your girls get wearing a Blissfully Made Leotard!
