NEW OWNER
Janet Emberton who has been with SBC for 5 years has recently taken over while Cindy Retires! Sales by Cindy started 10 years ago when we saw a need in the Quincy community for someone to conduct Estate Sales, Moving Sales, Downsizing Sales out of people's homes. We set up, price and let people shop in the home during the 1, 2 to 3 day sale. Like our page to get the latest sales info, we hope to conduct one Consignor's sale a month at our new office in the old Adams School while conducting up to 2 Sales a month in peoples homes. Recently expanded our sales area to include Carthage, Camp Point, Palmyra, Hannibal, Keokuk, etc.

I realized that there are some not so friendly things being said about me and my business. But remember, there’s always two sides to every story and then there’s the truth.
Yes, I’ve made mistakes and I spent every day correcting them and trying my best to do better. Running a busines has its difficulties and advantages and I am only one person. I have learned  plenty of lessons on my path as does everybody. I love my job. I love my customers I love my clients. I will not stoop to the level that some have. I can tell you I do not air my private affairs public. I’m actually a very private person. I have never played the victim and I will never play the victim, but I will stand up for what is right. I am a survivor and have fought hard to remain a survivor.

I’ve never, nor will I ever run or hide when I know I’m in the wrong, which I’m not saying I am. I go above and beyond at every estate I work. I’m proud of my business and I make my wrongs right. I don’t play dirty and I never air my clients business online. Nobody’s perfect and God watches all. Quincy and surrounding areas are a great community and I will continue to serve as long as I can. I will not allow personal attacks to change the decision to keep my head high. I hope everyone has a great Labor Day weekend. God bless and Thank you, Janet

Barbecue grill outdoor storage containers, Tools, ladies, clothes and shoes size smalls, medium shoes I believe are 6 1/2 to maybe 7 1/half. Kitchen supplies, household, Wear beautiful set of China Crystal Wear something for everybody now this is in Irish Hills’s condos so parking is tight and limited do not block any mailboxes or driveways and as you’re coming in, you can only park on the left-hand side or nobody will be able to flow through with the traffic. Is Howard Miller clock is gorgeous. You must see it to appreciate it. The detail is immaculate. It’s a 29 day clock. It was just serviced and appraised. It’s oak, moon phase, beveled glass, illuminated case, cable driven, glass Mirrored Back and plays Westminster Melody.

The Elden Model # 610-599
Asking price is $1250 well that you must see this clock to appreciate it.

The table has beautiful frosted etching of leaves I believe and has a Lazy Susan. It is 54 inches round and 29 inches height

This is a beautiful set in amazing shape, and as we all know, these patio sets are not cheap. This one retails at $2800. We are asking $600 well worth it.
