⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Beautiful and very well packaged. Would be helpful to include assembly instructions. My tray was missing a critical screw to stabilize the tray and Alissa was responsive and timely in remedying the issue . She gets a HUGE A+ in customer service and follow through. Sent the appropriate screw immediately and now it is perfection."

One of the questions I get most often is “But don’t they break?”

The answer is yes, but not very often. Hare & Hatter started a year ago, and maybe 4 pieces have not made it through drilling. Not a bad batting average.

Tonight however, this one obviously had issues with and rebelled while being hand washed. 🤣

Sorry little cup. You lived a good life.
