TOMORROWS THE BIG DAY!!
https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1GASiAciSV/

Tomorrow will be a big day in Travis County.
District Court, Judge Maya Guerra-Gamble will hear arguments to determine if the TRO (temporary restraining order) on the states h**p ban should be extended into a permanent injunction.

So here’s the rundown right now with THC, THCA, h**p flower and all this legal jargon…

A group of h**p companies and industry leaders took the state to court down in Travis County after Texas agencies tried to quietly change the rules on them.
Originally h**p was legal as long as it stayed under 0.3% delta-9 THC. Simple enough right? Wrong....
That's when the state stepped in and said:
“Yeah… we’re gonna start counting TOTAL THC now including THCA.”
That one move effectively made THCA flower and most smokable h**p (& a few others) illegal overnight… and would’ve shut down thousands of businesses across Texas.

So the industry pushed back, basically saying that they can't rewrite the law as they wish without lawmakers.
That's when District Judge Maya hit pause on the whole thing with a Temporary Restraining Order.
For now… THCA flower and smokable h**p are on the shelves.
However, this isn’t over it was just the court saying:
“We need to pump the brakes & figure out if the state overstepped.”

At the end of the day, this whole situation just proves one thing…
Instead of this constant gray-area, back-and-forth, loophole chasing… Texas (in my opinion) should just legalize, regulate, tax it like alcohol & profit from it.

But hey… that might make too much sense, heaven forbid the alcohol industry have a competitor.

What are yall's thoughts on the matter?

A Texas judge has temporarily blocked a statewide ban on smokable THC products after businesses across the state filed a lawsuit to that end. The reprieve from the anti-h**p mandate is set to last for at least two weeks. MORE BELOW ⬇️
