Join us for the October installment of Pilates & Pages on October 1st at 7pm. We will be cross stitching a cherry blossom pattern to go along with the cover of Firsts Taken, the debut novel of local author James Reese Bordings .

Cross stitching is limited to 14 participants - DM to secure your kit today!

If you want to meet James without cross stitching, that is completely fine! She will be at the studio between 7pm and 8:30pm to chat and hang out with you all.

Just a reminder to everyone that signed up for Tote Bag Painting tonight, September 3rd - just a few details:

-This event takes place at Stir Body & Mind (3215 Rock Creek Villa, Quinton, VA). There should be ample on site parking available. Enter through the door next to the nail salon.

- This event begins at 7pm. I plan to be at the store by 6:15pm if anyone wants to shop ahead of time.

- This event is FREE! All materials will be provided.

- If you would like to make a donation to help cover supplies, you can do so through Venmo ()
