Dear customers, we want to apologize for the shipping fiasco that has affected our service over the past month. Our team has been away from the store, and the drop shipping method we used has failed to meet our standards. We have identified the root cause of the issue at the warehouse level, where orders have been delayed by up to a week. We take full responsibility for the inconvenience caused and are committed to resolving the issue as soon as possible. We will be returning to our normal operations soon.

Good morning, everyone! We're back from vacation and ready to get going. We've received many orders and are grateful for that. They will be shipped out in the next couple of days. I'm not taking any chances on shipping items during the hurricane that we're currently experiencing in Texas. We're very sorry for the inconvenience but we would like to thank all of our valued customers for understanding.
