Hello all!
I’m reaching out to anyone and everyone - my mother in law, Patty Patricia Lee - has had her life changed by her kidney disease. She’s determined to find a donor and has faced both the lifestyle change and home dialysis treatments with such courage and grace.
A lot of family and friends ask how they can help and what they can do for her. Patty, in truth, couldn’t quite request anything of her loved ones. Patty is a giver. Never one to want, she has always been a lovely hostess and excellent giver of thoughtful and meaning gifts or cards. Like many mothers, she takes immense joy from giving her son and now her granddaughters a life overflowing with happiness and experiencing the world.
She is a strong and spirited woman who won’t let this stop her from enjoying life’s every moment.
As her community, I would simply like to share her request : share this message.
She is not asking for anything other than a click of the share button or in your next conversation mentioning your friend Patty and her need of a kidney donor.
We will also be ordering bumper stickers and yard signs. Your show of support in Patty’s search of a kidney donor would mean the absolute world to her.
