Returns: No refunds are will be given if your product is made, ready, and available for pick/delivery ON the date, and time requested by the customer. If you must cancel an order after you have paid you must do so 1 week prior to your order date, and you will receive a Sugar Mei Sweet credit that you can use for a later date. If you do not notify me in within that week prior you f

orfeit that money. CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT, AND ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND ON THAT DEPOSIT. Custom order must be paid in full two weeks prior to your event date and if your event date doesn’t allow two week notice you will be required to pay in FULL! If you are unhappy with your product please let me know, and I will do what I can to rerectify the situation.
