Botanical friends and acquaintances! ✨

After a handful of things outside of my control, including the passing of a loved one, I am seeking any leads anyone has on work. Ideally I’d loved to stay within the floral or farming industry but I am open and flexible with an array of skills! (And I’m in a pickle so down for some grunt work.)

Available as soon as June 1st. DM me here, text me if you have my number or email me at [email protected]

I appreciate yall in my community so much and here’s to brighter days✨

AI is destroying the planet (as well as your creativity and problem solving skills!)

Being in an agricultural industry, it is imperative that we don’t support using AI in our work. AI companies are chomping at the big to get their hands on our country’s farm land, which will skyrocket neighboring energy prices and drastically affect the water supply.

Loving flowers and loving the planet means acting on those ethics even if something is more ‘convenient.’

AI design renderings are creating significantly unrealistic expectations for clients and devaluing your art. The captions they come up with are long and clunky and exhausting to read.

And what I’ve heard most? Clients can tell. And it turns them off.

Humans have this innate feeling when they read something written by AI and it’s unsettling, it doesn’t hit the heart how our industry is meant to.

In line with our sustainability practices, Flowers by Tree will never use AI for our emails, recipes, stem counts, photos, captions or anything else. Promise.

Art in Bloom 😭

I cannot tell you how elated I am with this piece, this team, this experience. (If you’ve seen my stories, I know I don’t even have to tell you 😝)

When Cydney told me we were doing a zodiac garden entryway, I literally jumped up and down. From staying awake conceptualizing, to see it come to life due to such a hard working and dedicated team, I am so proud of how this turned out. Furthermore, to get to experience it with my family created some core memories for all four of us. 🥹🥹

My late grandmother truly loved that I decided to pursue being a florist. She passed on Mother’s Day in 2022 and I wish so badly she could’ve seen this in the physical, but my dad and I agreed she was there in spirit ❤️

(I also love that it took multiple separate videos to actually get the full scale and even then, I probably missed a few spots 😆)

I was absolutely honored to spend Wednesday night at the Art in Bloom Gala at to celebrate our team and all of the amazing florists that participated!

It brought me immense pleasure to lead the design team this week on such an amazing project and I am over the moon at how it turned out.

was honored with this amazing entry-way garden and watching it come to life has been a dream come true, genuinely.

I’ll do another post that’s more flower focused, but bring a Leo and all, I had to make this one for myself 😘

Here’s to spring!!

(And thank you for being such a clutch photographer 😘)

I’ve been enjoying my past few months at
It has been fun to challenge my design style, and to spend time in community with my fellow florists!

My life took a turn at the end of last year when I moved closer to Greensboro to help my family take care of my aging grandfather. Coincidentally right around that time, English Garden contacted me for a few freelancing days and has now turned into a longer endeavor 💖

I’m really grateful for the explosion in community that I’ve gained, both at English garden and moving in with four of my closest friends in our Big Gay House (peep the last photo for their beautiful faces on our family soup night✨)

I’m excited for 2026, and my Flowers by Tree weddings as well!

I hope everyone stays safe and warm this week!!❤️
