Archie's Pantry is THRILLED to announce a weekend backpack program, in collaboration with the Ramona Boys and Girls Club. Archie's Pantry will pack and deliver backpacks with food to the B&G Club, and children can take them home every Friday, ensuring they have enough to eat over the weekend. Eligible children will receive informational flyers and enrollment forms directly from the Boys and Girls Club. One more way that generous grant-funding helps us keep local children fed!

We will be at the Ramona library TODAY from 12-1pm handing out free school supplies. Thanks to a generous grant from Joel Anderson’s office, we have plenty of supplies to give to local school children. Children must be present to receive items, no exceptions. We will have supplies at Archie’s Pantry every day during our regular business hours, too.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We've recently had an influx of people reselling items they receive for free at Archie's Pantry. That is strictly prohibited and the policy is posted in our store and on our social media. Some people are also taking items to give away outside of Ramona. Our staff may ask you to leave or ban you from the store if we suspect or are told that you are reselling items or taking them out of our community. Our store is meant to help local Ramona residents and our goal is to keep all of our generous donations local. We also may limit quantities of certain items or particular brands or the amount of times we let you take items from the store. Our staff will make decisions based on a variety of factors and their decision is final. While we try to operate on the "honor system" we've recently had a handful of people taking advantage of that system. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that we maintain the integrity of our store's purpose and goals.
